Wednesday 4 – Monday 9 March

Ciné Lumière teams up with Istituto Luce-Cinecittà and the Italian Cultural Institute in London for a 10th Anniversary edition of Cinema Made in Italy. This year’s edition places female directors such as Ginevra Elkann, Chiara Malta and Michela Occhipinti in the spotlight. Subtle, witty, moving, always inspiring, these films tell stories of transmission, cultural differences and give a taste of modern Italy.

To be in with a chance of winning tickets to the screening on  a pair of tickets, all you have to do is answer this simple question.  Who was the first Italian female director to be nominated for the Oscar?

  1. Cristina Comencini
  2. Alice Rohrwacher
  3. Lina Wertmüller
